Breakfast At Ruiz was a nice spot for a filling morning meal. I went with the huevos rancheros and a side of bacon, and the eggs had plenty of flavor from the salsa without being too spicy. The bacon was crisp, and the beans and potatoes made the plate more substantial. Coffee was hot and refilled during the meal, and the service was attentive without rushing us. The dining room had a simple, local feel that made it easy to settle in and enjoy breakfast.
