To the Management & Owners of Apartments 4D, 5C, 11E, & GB at Breakers North, You will see below where I had previously addressed problem reviews before we came to stay and took on board your comments in your reply. It is not an unreasonable to expect an acceptable level of cleanliness in all rooms but to state that the good reviews outweigh the bad and therefore this makes all rooms okay, is not acceptable and untrue. Absolutely great experience at the Breakers North Apartments, stayed here October School holidays with two kids, 13 and 8. The tennis court, pool and rooms were absolutely fantastic, the easy access to beach and Life Guard tower out the front have made this destination an annual trip. The staff and service have been absolutely lovely and we couldn’t be more thankful for the hospitality provided. 10 out of 10, would recommend to any Individual, couple or family holiday.

The most disgusting 🫣 experience ever! Our room was unclean, stained carpets, the TV didn't work, the inroom phone didn't work, lighting in the kitchen was replaced twice in two days and to top it all off the toilet flooded and a plumber had to be called late in the evening because it couldn't be used! The cookware and cutlery wasn't cleaning we found hairs in the cutlery drawer. I am NOT exaggerating. No clean towels after 5 nights. Disgraceful. guy at repection very rude bath towels stained i also order a room with a fan that i did not get they also dont mention on there site that thereis $200 fee before you get the key to the room and room needs to be cleaned before leave or you will charged for it cleaning it myself did not worry me but i thought i would mention it

To start off the lady at the front desk had a horrible customer service. The room 13c was full of fruit flies. The lighting was poor quality , the TV didn't work, the couch was old; the smell in this building was horrible and the building itself was old and creepy. The pics looks good on their website but when I got there it was a disappointment. The lady did offer different room but it's too late the atmosphere just gave me anxiety.
