Building management were incredibly rude, condescending, and unprofessional. I would recommend avoiding staying in this building on that alone. They were very unhelpful for the sake of being unhelpful. In response to your reply, it’s disappointing that rather than showing any sincerity for my experience with management, you choose to question the legitimacy of me even staying with you. Very telling about who likely replied to my review.
The best spot for a family holiday, we spent a week in 7b & enjoyed every minute. The 2 bedroom apartment was spotless & had absolutely everything we needed. So convenient having a washing machine & dryer as well as 2 bathrooms. The view was amazing & location was so easy to get to both Surfers & Broadbeach with ease on the light rail or walking. The location is amazing both for the beach,dining & shopping. The apartment that we were allocated was disgusting. The floor needed a good hot water wash not just a slosh around with a mop as the floors were so sticky & dirty. The microwave was rusty inside. Both bathroom drains needed cleaning as they were also stinky. The clothes dryer wasnt drying which turned out to be because the air outlet vent was clogged with fluff, hair etc

We stayed for a week on a much deserved family holiday. The pillows were absolutely terrible to the point my husband and I had to go and see a remedial massage person. Our air-conditioner didn't work on heat at all. When viewing the external box it was completely destroyed from rust.
