Better hope you don’t need to cancel a booking. The very first question they asked when I said I need to cancel a booking was “ What is your reasoning for canceling?”…. Mind you, I’m not canceling something at the last minute, I’m canceling something way for in advance. Do I really need to give a reasoning? But I didn’t argue. I still gave a reason, despite that, the operator assisting me took an entire 10 minutes of stall tactics to cancel the booking!? Micheal cray was a really big help he friendly very outgoing with a positive attitude
The updated room in the Paradise building was extremely nice! Exactly as advertised. My only negative comment is on the 1.5 gallon toilet. Believe me, it can't handle a lot (smile emoji inserted here). But the gentleman was there immediately after a front desk call and plunged to perfection! I highly recommend BREAKERS! I don't know if you can find any more friendly and concerning staff anywhere in Mrytle Beach!
