Easy to find, clean rooms, calm atmosphere. Beach wasnt very crowded.
The unit we were in was very spacious. Clean, modern and updated. Comfortable. A place you want to stay, not, can't wait until you go home. We are already looking to book this one again.
I’ll start by saying we love the location and the floor plan of this unit. However, our stay has been frustrating from the moment we arrived. The floors were dirty when we checked in. While that wasn’t a huge issue since it’s a beach property and something I could quickly mop, the bigger problem has been the air conditioning. The thermostat temperature will not change at all. We had an absolutely incredible stay at Breakers East. If you are looking for the perfect spot in Destin, this is it. The location is unbeatable—you are literally steps away from the sand. Being right on the beach made our mornings so easy, and the views from the balcony were stunning every single day.
