John is a goat! Listen he pulled in 20 mins and fixed my charter bus with in an hour. In 19 degree weather I really appreciate him. I’m visiting from VA and needed assistance with my bus. He answered and came right away. If you ever need help with mechanic issues he is the guy.

Our driver had broke down on the side of the Interstate in Woodlawn, MD and they came out and looked at him. Turned out his radiator had a leak. They got the part and repaired him on the side of the road. It was inconvenient time so they could not get the part until the next day, but they were friendly and got our driver moving again.

Had an electrical issue with my trailer lights so I pulled into the I70 westbound weigh station parking area. I called John with Breakdown Solutions and he answered the phone quickly, gave me a rough estimate on arrival time and a basic callout price. He showed up and did a thorough inspection of wiring harness, located the problem and came up with a quick cheap bypass solution to my problem. He’s definitely on my quick call list for any problems I have near the Baltimore area!
