Their operation is shady in nature. I lost almost $1000 in future stay credit and they mentioned nothing about it's expiry a couple times when I tried to use up the credit. They refused to give me a refund when there was a wildfire evacuation order and gave me a future stay credit instead. When I tried to book before it's expiry they didn't mention about the expiry at all and when I finally had the time off to make a trip to the La Casa cottage, they told me that the credit had expired. We had a great stay at Qualicum Landing. The house was great with awesome amenities and close to the beach. Great for families
