RecommendedBig shout out to the guy who helped me (twice!) today (I didn't catch his name but he was a young guy and had on a Jegs shirt I think). When I expressed my excitement at changing out my own tires, he offered up info on a youtube channel that would help me learn more. It made me really happy that he understood how much fun I was having and wanted to help me do even more.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful here. Kevin has been an amazing help to me with fixing my bike every time I bring it in along with so much great knowledge and advice since I'm kind of a newbie at cycling :) I'm grateful to have such a great place close to home with this amazing customer service.
