I purchased a bicycle from this shop, which came with a free service within three months. When I brought my bike in for servicing, I expected at least the basic maintenance to be done. However, when I picked it up, I quickly realized that nothing had been touched—not even inflating the tires! None of the issues I mentioned were addressed, and it was clear the shop had simply kept my bike for a while and handed it back as if they had worked on it. Took my wheel in for a full service as pads are hitting the brake rotor and my wheel still wobbles. I asked for bearings/ hub to be looked at and wheel to be trued/tuned as brakes rotor hits and I've tried to bend it back hasn't worked. Edit: please call me if you want to fix the issue, happy to pay for new bearings a new rotor and a proper wheel true. If my rotor was bent so much you should of recommend to replace it My theory was you would check the hub , if the wheel still wobbles, tune the spokes and then the rotor. You ... read more
