I had crashed on my bike not far from them. The man working inside on another bike stopped what he was doing and had my bike rolling in no time. When I asked how much, he said , no worries it was a simple fix! We ended up buying a couple things, but really appreciated his service!!!!!!
I am almost always the only idiot turning the wrench my bikes. But I just had Breakaway rebuild an ENVE wheel for me (one of the few things ENVE does not warrant for life are spokes 🙁🤨), and replacing Rival AXS brakes (the whole shooting match—not just pads) for me. Where do start? Firstly, in the three years I have been coming here, I generally see the same crew in the shop (a good sign). Recently, my daughter's dropper post imploded the day before her final race of the High School season. Her post stopped working at a skills clinic on a Friday evening. I show up at opening on a Saturday with a tight timeline as we have to leave early that afternoon (completely unreasonable).
