I had a great experience with Sophie. She helped pick out a bike for my specific needs. She was very friendly and knowledgable. She took her time in explaining why a certain bike would be best for me and was happy to take the time to answer my questions. She made it a great experience. Breakaway Bikes is a great, local bike shop in Santa Rosa! It's right by Howarth Park, Spring Lake Park and Annadel - a location that has served me well multiple times near the start/finish of rides that had mechanical issues. They also support local bike racing, being one of the crucial bike shop sponsors at the TNT (Tuesday Night Twilights) local criterium bike race series! Great service and great value. i called around to several places in Napa and Santa Rosa, and they all had waits of several days to weeks for repairs, breakaway got me in and fixed up in about 15 minutes and a very good price. I would definitely return.
Came in for a brake fix that I was having trouble with myself. Fella at the counter took it to the back and fixed it in 5 minutes after I fiddled with it for 2 hours. Thanks for the solid and I’ll bring my business back there in the future!
Excellent service and friendly staff who went out of their way to help as best as they could. One of the best bike shop experiences I have had.
