We not only make each loaf by hand, we use a five-ton, European hearth stone oven for all our baking.

It would be nice to have a sign on your door saying you are closed and out of business.
I love the fresh breads, muffins etc from this immaculate bakery. I've tried their rye bread, baguettes, cinnamon rolls, chalah, ciabatta and everything has been great. Fresh, flavorful and seemingly free of preservatives. I only wish that some whole wheat loaf was available every day.
Great service with GREAT freshly made breads,rolls and specialty items. Need one in Hampstead-Surf City area.
I love, love, love the fresh bread here! My only issue is that they don’t have the ability to slice the bread thin. There’s only a one-size bread slicer.
