Staff are super helpful and friendly
So I have been a long time customer and have noticed the quality of some of the products I buy are less than satisfactory. Purchased 2 quiches this past weekend as we had company . Easy breakfast . The dough on the bottom of both quiches was uncooked. I even heated them up for 40 min at 330 degrees. Also bought an apple pie and the apples were still crunchy. Very disappointing. Bakery selection is decent but the customer service today was very disappointing. Waiting in line with my friend to get a loaf of bread, my friend paid, and instead checking to see if I was also waiting (I was standing behind my friend with my wallet out), the cashier just walked away, and the next one dismissed me for someone else who was behind my friend and I in line. I love the cakes they sell here, but I ordered a chocolate raspberry mousse cake for my birthday, and when we were cutting it, we noticed it was a chocolate chocolate mousse cake. We love that cake and order it often, but I was really hoping to try something different for my birthday.
