Took a boxing class and learned a lot! The workout was in depth about the actual basics of boxing, intense and informative. I came away with a lot of knowledge I didn’t have before along with a hardcore workout. The rates were great and really flexible, will definitely be joining in the summer.
We were visiting Houston for a few days and popped into the gym for a 9am boxing class. Dan was brilliant, clearly experienced and we learnt a lot of boxing technique. Aching today! Great workout and coach
I enjoy writing bad reviews so it is hard to write a good one for a change. I recently moved so sadly I had to cancel my membership. Here is why I like Breach: great combo of boxing and CrossFit, experienced and most importantly patient coaches, great inclusive atmosphere, plenty of open gym time and most importantly fun people.
Great gym with good atmosphere.
I was always hesitant about joining a CrossFit gym. But, since joining Breach the Team and gym members have been nothing short of wonderful. I would highly recommend attending classes, for anyone looking to push themselves to a new level.
