I have been to Brea Test Only Center a few times in the past 5 years and all experiences have been nothing short of stellar. I have a pre-2000 car that requires the old-fashioned dynomometer test. Many shops have stopped testing these older cars altogether, and most of the shops that still do this are charging exorbitant prices. Not so here.
