Easy move in, staff is very nice and professional. Looking forward to living here and making this my home
This place is a nightmare! First, no one clean their dog waste. you can see it everywhere in this community. Firealarm make noise every morning. Do not expect a good sleep, people yelling at night.
I applied and was approved with keys in hand in almost exactly 24hrs. Julie processed everything promptly and kept in touch with me through the entire application process. Shoutout to Maria for giving me a tour and answering all of my initial questions. The property is very nice and kept extremely clean. Very much looking forward to my stay here at Brea.
