Poor customer service. Walked in to get a piece for my cabinet made since it broke this weekend. Lady said come back in a "month we don't have time for you! They have too many commercial projects" So mine is obviously not good enough for her since it is a small project.
Horrible service. Ordered multiple windows and given a completion date. Never called to say that the completion day was pushed out. This happened twice. After calling, and told only on the day that the order should have been ready. This created a huge issue for our installers. Months after the original delivery date, a complaint was made, and owner was not apologetic or accommodating. In fact, he acted offended that we didn't accept his low level of professionalism.
