Dr Chung has been our PTP for years. She is wonderful. Durning my husbands illness she called me several times to give me moral support and made sure he was well taken care of. She called during hospice and after his death. The entire staff has been very kind and caring.
we will fight to keep Dr Solimon. One of the most caring and professional doctors we have ever dealt with. After a serious illness, she did everything she could to make my husbands recovery as easy as possible. when the hospital gave us incorrect orders, she made them work. Kind, caring and professional.
Dr Soliman and the nurse who administered my shots were very pleasant and easy to talk to, However the receptionist at the front desk was extremely unpleasant and is not very professional at all. I have interacted with her 3 times on the phone and twice in person and all those times she was unwilling to help until I kept asking her more questions. It does not seem like she really cares to help get your questions answered. I would not go back to this practice because of the hostility of the front desk.
