I have used this company many times for multiple projects. I am very happy with everything Mark has done, from furnace maintenance, hot water tank replacement, central air maintenance, and mini split installation.
We bought a 2nd home and were having problems with the instant water heater. One plumber came to look at it and could do nothing so we called Mark at Bre-Cole. He not only fixed it, but he also cleaned out some of the faucets and pipes and our water pressure improved immensely. TERRIBLE! Didn't know what he was doing when he disconnected our central air. Now its going to cost $1500 or more to fix!
Mark showed up and disconnected our central air unit. He obviously does not know what he is doing, because he cut the lines so the coolant is gone and we have to have it recharged. It is 80 degrees out, and he has not come back to reconnect. He will not return phone calls. This heat makes my wifes medical conditions worse. Real nice POS!
I have used Bre-Cole for a furnace and water heater replacement. Always responsive and excellent work.
