Do not ever rent with BRC Property Management - their team is scandalous and full of lies and excuses. They will not provide security for their units, they will tell you they will perform maintenance and will delay it for months, we had mold growing in our AC units, shower, and in the kitchen for months. Kim is reliable,happy and hardworking. In fact I look forward to seeing her every time she comes! I feel she's very flexible doing her chores because I'll see her cleaning the yard with her leaf blower!Also I appreciate how she's always kind and thoughtful to everyone here,opening a door for you etc.Everthing is spotless and smells good, which I especially appreciate since I'm an ex smoker and am more in tune to odors.Please keep her. 8m
Most uncommunicative team ever. Or at the very least AJ. Tried for 15 days to get a hold of her regarding an issue and it took me going to the physical office to finally get some help. So thank you to whoever that was but NOT to AJ
These people have gone out of their way to ignore me. I have not had heat for a week. They make you feel like you’re a burden . Do not put up with their illegal practices. As you can see BRC is rated a 2.8 for good reason.Best not to lease from these guys unless you want to have a horrible experience and truly be screwed over. Do better sheesh!
