Biggest ripoff plumbers I’ve ever dealt with. I will never use them again. To install a water heater it took 5 days they couldn’t find the problem with it. Finally the owner came and figured out the hot waterline was broken. Said he would make it right for the first guys lack of knowledge. He lied over $900 today to run a live.

Brazosport Plumbing came out to my house last week because I had a bad leak under my sink and the really nice service man came out and did a really great job at fixing it with no problem! Will definitely be calling them back with anything else I need!!
The serviceman (Rusty) was a knowledgeable and affable guy, but getting charged for 'his travel time' from his last stop is bad business for the customer when he takes an out-of-the-way route! (He also told me, by phone, that he had to stop and get gas) I was also charged for 2.25 hours of his 'time' because he did not have the part(s) needed and he had to leave and come back. This after I expressly told his dispatch what he might encounter! Sadly your service was recommended by a neighbor. I will not make that same mistake ... read more
