My daughter had an appointment scheduled for 2:40 PM. As we were running behind due to a slower than normal pick up process at my daughters school, I called the office to confirm if this would be an issue. I was informed there was a 15-minute grace period for appointments and was assured that as long as we arrived within that timeframe, my daughter would still be seen.
