As always, I had an excellent experience. The staff was professional and caring, and Dr. South is fabulous. She explains things so well and has great energy and listening skills.
I'm new to the Bryan area, so this was my first experience. From the receptionist, to the Dr., everyone I came in contact had such warm and calming spirits. Any questions I had, they answered with no hesitation. There was no long waiting time. My visit was exceptional. I highly recommend.
The receptionist, Jennifer was very rude and very unprofessional and was not offering any help. She gave attitude the whole entire time was trying to tell me I’m wrong when in reality she wasn’t paying attention and typed all of my stuff in wrong and almost made me miss my appointment , so I had to call and get it fixed and the people there even told me she was wrong and that I was right. Please have welcoming receptionist .thank you very
Receptionist was very rude and refused to take accountabilty for a mistake she made with insurance. Cost me $125 for $5 co-pay that I have to wait til insurance settles to get a refund? Makes no sense. Doctors and nurses were very kind and understanding in an already difficult situation.
The front desk staff is extremely unprofessional. When I first called to make the appointment I was given attitude and rejection, after realizing they were Wrong they called me back to set an appointment. I just tried to go to my appointment which was made months ago, and ended up on the wrong side of the building in East wing when the clinic is in West wing which made me arrive 12 minutes late for my appointment.
