Thanks for reminding me I mistakenly left it as a 5 star. Finding an appointment in this town is seriously hard. No one calls of emails back but they did. First appointment was great. I felt listened to and I was happy and at that point left a 5 star. After that every time I would schedule an appointment they would push it back or cancel and when they asked if I could reschedule they wouldn’t have anything available. I gave up. They get your money on the first appt and then ghost.
I tried getting in contact with them on three separate occasions to try to set up an appointment and never received a response. This was probably over the course of a year that I tried using different methods available on their website. Can’t believe a business focusing in mental health does not communicate with possible clients.
