I have been a long customer of Brazos Valley Credit Union for years. Mrs. Mercy, at this location (Saums Rd) has always help me with the multiple loans I have with the institution. She is always very kind, has a great attitude towards customers and she is excellent in what she does Definitely NOT RUDE as most of the employees at the Katy Mills location.
