Wonderful experience to work with Dr. Rude and his staff. From the initial phone call to the office to make an appointment, I could tell Dr. Rude and his staff focused on the well being of the patient. The surgical experience was top notch with clear written and verbal explanations.
Dr. Rude and his staff are wonderful. Dr. Rude spent time before my surgery to determine my needs and concerns, ensure I understood the repair I needed, and to allow me time to choose the option that best fit my desired outcome. The surgery was scheduled in a timely manner, and I was well taken care of before, during, and after by him and his knowledgeable nurse staff. The office staff are very nice and always cheerful. It’s obvious their work atmosphere is positive. Definitely recommend BVPS.
My experience with Dr. Rude can only be described as excellent ! I had to have clear margins surgerlly remove from around a cancerus tumor that I had on my jaw line It was a two hour surgery . It healed wonderfully with very little scaring. Dr. Rude is kind, caring, and a good listener. He also has a great office staff. I would highly recommend him .
