In summary, my experience at Brazos Valley Periodontics Center was outstanding. The combination of a skilled, caring team, advanced technology, and a warm environment makes this practice a gem in the dental community. I left the clinic with a great deal of respect and appreciation for the team. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking quality periodontal care.

Upon meeting Dr Seale I was impressed with him enough to schedule a rather invasive and expensive procedure. However, a few weeks later when I had some additional questions. I called the office on 4 separate occasions and was told by the receptionist that I would get a call back. It never happened. I lost confidence in the care I would receive after the procedure and began looking for another doctor. Someone interested office is trying to sabotage his practice.

I'm sure Dr Seale is very skilled as a dentist, however recently the staff has proven themselves to be very unhelpful and unresponsive with billing and scheduling concerns. They don't seem to have an awareness or care for the fact that the process of getting dentures is thousands of dollars so as a customer it's really import for us to make sure the billing is correct, and that there's no duplication of procedures and charges, or unneeded procedures.
