Great gym, great owner, and excellent trainers, has everything you need to suit your fitness goals in BCS and an excellent gym for both College kids and locals, I work graveyard shift so the 24/7 access was what initially sold me on the gym, I usually came in at night or early morning for a workout.
Excellent 24/7 gym with plenty of equipment and friendly people. I especially enjoyed the olympic lifting setup!
