This urgent care is the most unprofessional, careless, incompetent place that exists. I genuinely question if it’s a legit place or a scam. I paid for an exam/physical to become a US citizen and they have messed up every step of the way. A simple physical with blood panel has taken a month. They even messed up the official paperwork needed for my permanent status application for the US govt. and they refuse to fix it or seem to purposefully delay fixing it. DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE EVER. The staff often arrives late, causing us to wait too long in the morning. I had the same experience the last two times.
Went here a few weeks ago and noticed the floors were a bit dirty. Had debris that needed to be swept. Took my husband today and the floors(in the exam room) were filthy dirty!!! Dirt and debris!!! I asked the receptionist if they ever cleaned the floors, she said yes, I said well they need it because your floors are filthy dirty! I don’t think she cared! Her hair was grossly dirty with big chunks of dandruff. This place is nasty. WE will never go back and recommending that you don’t either!!!!!!!!!!!
