I had the best experience at Brazos!! From the sweet receptionist to Ashley who expressed a real interest in why I was there! They deserve all good stars & then some!!! I’d definitely recommend them highly!!

This place is awful. They made me pay $120 even though I have insurance for my son. He busted his chin open and the doc told me they couldn't do the stitches there after I paid. They proceeded to give me a bandaid to put on him and sent us on our way $120 later. UPDATE: I called the urgent care today and was told I should've only paid a $25 copay. The lady on the phone gave me her managers number "Cassandra" (who I found out is the manager for all 5 "Brazos Urgent Care" locations.) I called her, no answer. I texted, no answe... read more
