Poorest experience at urgent care ever. There are no medical providers in person at the SW office. There is only 1 medical assistant available and all they do is find a provider online in order to conduct a virtual visit. Service time is over an hour.
Booked an appointment online for Sunday at 9:20am, as my work schedule is tight and I can’t book an appointment for any other day. I get here and they’re CLOSED! Their door says they are open, so I called and it went straight to voicemail each time. Don’t come here on Sundays because they are CLOSEDDD.

My baby self ran over here for a cut on my thumb, where I sliced part of my finger off and wouldn't stop bleeding out and soaking up gauze after gauze. After 40 mins, I ran over here just for it to finally stop bleeding lol. Regardless, the ladies over here were SO kind, comforting, attentive and just such great energy people. They were helpful, kind, and informative. Thank you so much!
