Bad customer service. My driver drove 170 miles to get there to pick up a trailer and was turned back because one of your lazy employees sitting there having absolutely no manners told my driver to come back tomorrow because he didn't 'feel like getting up' and that it's too late. The broker guaranteed that this is a good place and that he can pick up the trailer until 5PM and that you'd get the job done, if my driver is risking driving over 75mph to get there, which he got there at 4:55pm, I need your employees to get up an... read more
Low quality parts , save u a headache..buy a real trailer. Warranty is a joke , trailers r some garbage
Just bought a new bottom dump brazos pit boss about a month ago. Did everything by phone Jose Hernandez was who i talked to, he had answers for every question i asked. I had the bottom dump delivered and received it exactly how i wanted it. I also got a second tarp and received it within days. As of now everything has worked how it has and have had no problems with the trailer. Thanks Jose for great communication amd great service.
