Bought 5 Trailer from them alway got problem quality control it bad here bolt came off left spring on a brand new trailer wheel and tires all ding also worst part all their air valves leak less than 3-4month stay away from this trailer you will go through hell trailer quality just bad.
Bad customer service. My driver drove 170 miles to get there to pick up a trailer and was turned back because one of your lazy employees sitting there having absolutely no manners told my driver to come back tomorrow because he didn't 'feel like getting up' and that it's too late. The broker guaranteed that this is a good place and that he can pick up the trailer until 5PM and that you'd get the job done, if my driver is risking driving over 75mph to get there, which he got there at 4:55pm, I need your employees to get up an... read more
