I don't usually leave reviews like this but my heart was saddened by this and I feel the need to share. I applied for an apartment at The Sidney Apts in Sherman,TX (they were formally known as Hilltop Village and then Brazos Residential Mgmt bought them and gave them a new name). The Hudson apartment property manger is rude very unprofessional doesn’t like the maintenance manger wants to over ride him in the way daily maintenance operations are run she wants it run her way or the highway I know worked maintenance 15 plus years 25 years in building houses and construction and for her telling me I have lack of knowledge in what I do is very unprofessional I n her knowledge of how a property should be run to make the company look good instead she wants to make she self look shows how she care about the ... read more

Brazos Property Management has the worst Corporate and Management team I’ve ever seen. There are lots of backstabbing and lies that goes along with this company and not to mention the professionalism is horrible. You can reach out to corporate and nothing ever gets resolved nor do they care to have conversations or resolve issues concerning their employees or temporary employees.
