My experience with this management company is utterly horrible. I currently live at North Creek Apartments. I have told them since January 2nd about the black mold/grime in my dishwasher which has been there since I moved (I know they have taken over since Jan 1st, I have been here since 12/16/24). My disabled cousins have had water damaged walls, floors, from water leak that occurred September 2024! Black mold now in walls. I have photos of the unrepaired bathroom and walls. No sink, no running water to that toilet, holes in the wall that has been covered in clear plastic. Eviction served. Refusal to renew lease coming up April 2025, refusal to do month to month.
