Dr. Roeder is great, and their testing is extensive, however the office staff is a circus. They have 6-8 people at the front desk at most times and none of them know what’s going on. If your life depends on a medication, don’t rely on them to put it through in a timely manner! Expect it to take a few business days.
Came for an elite physical and liked all of the comprehensive testing provided. Nice staff but did not feel encouraged to return.

The issue was the staff- the blood draw was the most painful I have had in my life and the person doing it was talking to another person while drawing, and the nurses kind of shuttled me in and out of the hallway without much dialogue. The most unfortunate part was that the practitioner helping me seemed disengaged and spent no time trying to get to know me.
