The rating is more for the IV staff. Wende, Stacy, Brittany, Kathy, Susan, because they go above and beyond and take care of all their patients. Jessica (OMT) and Kami helped me with my back and I am so grateful. Sammy had my back when I needed her. However, they lost one of the greatest providers I have ever met in my 48 years of life. The staff is so kind and caring!
Their services are great. My provider was great. So why the rating wait over a year telling me that insurance covers it and find out that nope you owe us. Bad business practices. How many times are people going to change in the front office??? Sorry do not need this headache.
I called 3 times, once a week, hoping to get an appointment. The receptionist assured me that they would call me back to schedule an appointment. - Never heard back from them. All three times, they seemed like they didn’t have anything organized to be able to help me and just made excuses like it was someone else’s job. Very unprofessional.
