I had an excellent experience at my most recent doctor’s visit. PA Roeder is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to truly listen to my concerns. I originally came here for the Elite Physical, because I had been led to believe that this would allow the healthcare team to more accurately understand my physical health, and thereby more effectively manage my health throughout my time at this location. For about a year, I found this to be the case. The staff was attentive to my physical health, and they made every effort to ensure that I was taken care of. Had a wonderful first time experience at this facility, Laura is attentive, professional and thorough. Tyler and Wende are most caring with all the patients here. Brittany is an excellent intake specialist. I would recommend this clinic to my friends and family.
Dr. Roeder is great, and their testing is extensive, however the office staff is a circus. They have 6-8 people at the front desk at most times and none of them know what’s going on. If your life depends on a medication, don’t rely on them to put it through in a timely manner! Expect it to take a few business days.
