Everybody from the Administrator to the Housekeepers have been very nice, helpful and polite. Nursing staff does what they can to take care of my husband. The stay here has been great. I'm also thankful for them trying to help us stay here longer.
I'd give it a minus if possible. THE NURSES ARE JUST THERE TO COLLECT A PAYCHECK!!!!! They could careless about your loved ones, they're rude,NEVER ,come by to check on patients,and get an attitude if you ask them a SECOND time for the pain meds you asked for almost 2 hours for. My dad has to be taken outta bed by a lift and 3 nurses decides to try themselves and tore the skin on my dad's arm all up. If you aren't going up to visit your loved one daily,DONT LET THEM END UP THERE!!!!!!!
Ms Shanna is just wonderful, caring and so considerate. Happy she is part of Brazos group.
