5 star me and my son go see Dr. Le only we are treated like family the girls are wonderful they take very good care of us
Dr. Ku was very knowledgeable and helpful. The optician Gracie, was also thorough and helpful. She helped me pick the perfect frames! The other Optician Mo, reassured me on the size and fit of my glasses and was ready to help in any way. I had the BEST experience at Brazos Eye Center! I will Definitely recommend my family and friends.. :)
It is clear from the moment I walked in that the operation intent was to upsell, upsell,upsell. It's a shame I can't just come in and get a routine prescription check without all these add ons. I have come here with a prior good experience. It seems to be the front staff that don't properly prepare the appointment. ( nobody asked me if I preferred contacts or glasses ). Incorrect billing for insurance, and havinging the customer (fill out updated docs) when all along they are already filled out. Just to find the only thing n... read more
