It sucks seeing all of the responses to negative reviews accusing former or current tenants of being misleading. Every single negative experience that someone went through on here, my husband and I experienced while living here. Roach infestation, no pest control no matter how many times we requested via email, phone call, or office visit. Maintenance never helped fix anything, even when we had water rot and mold. I have lived here almost two years. It is a fantastic property! Brittany is a wonderful property manager, and her team is fantastic! Nowhere is perfect, but anytime I have had an issue, it has been resolved within 48 hours by maintenance (also very professional and highly efficient.) it is quiet, and I appreciate the trash valet. I have had typical apt living issues, but everything is always handled, and I am very happy.
I spent 2 years living here and it was the best apartment living experience I’ve had in brazoria county. The location is nice and convenient being right next to 2004 and 288B if you are working in the area. Brittany and the rest of the staff are excellent at answering questions and willing to help you out if you communicate with them.
