Brazos Cleaning has been a lifesaver for our family! Life gets chaotic with full time jobs, busy schedules, and two young children. I worked for this company and they told me they would pay cash 15 a hour and on the end of the pay period they shorted my check stating they had no record of my total hours worked. They are very unprofessional and I recommend to anybody who chooses to work there to receive written statements at all times
I would NEVER use this company again. The cleaners showed up 30 minutes late with no call or text. I called the owner, no response and I left a voicemail stating if they hadn't shown up in 5 minutes, then I was canceling them and wanted my deposit refunded. He never called me back. The ladies showed up and said they spoke with the owner, but got lost. Again, no call or text. I payed for a "move-in" clean. The 2 ladies cleaned for about 4 hours. Victor and co. came out to our studio to clean our fans, lights, and a/c registers that are all 15 feet high. It was quick and professional. They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves and were so nice! I will definitely use them again!
We have been using their services for around 9 months now. We are always 100% satisfied with the job. I can trust them to do a good job and be safe. I would recommend them a million times to anyone in the area looking for someone to help clean at home. We are so pleased with their services. I cannot say enough how great they are.
