poor management I can't stress that enough
Years ago, my sister ate here and she said it was the best steak she ever had. So on a road trip, I made it a point to eat here. It was horrible. The temperature of the steak was exact, but I had to add salt, pepper and steak sauce for it to have any flavor. The potato was a weird shade of brown cause it was so old. The service was excellent, the bread was amazing, but everything else sucked. Badly.
My husband and I celebrated our birthdays. The waitress was fantastic. Steak was cooked to perfection. Didn't care for the specialty drink I ordered but the food was great!! We love this steakhouse. We will be back.
If I could give negative stars I would. Horrible service. Burned or bland food. Rude staff. Not sure how they stay in business.
The customer service here is absolutely horrible. We have currently been waiting for an hour and a half for food. After taking our food order, our waitress disappeared for 45 minutes. No drinks, no communication. Nothing. When we complained to the manager, she simply said, you reserved a room for 20 but more showed up. We have 25 people. We expected to wait on food. We did not expect our waitress to disappear.
The kind of steak my husband and I have eaten there for several years was absolutely tasteless, very disappointing. The table we were seated on was not well cleaned. My husband had to ask two times to get it wiped. My husband's order of baked potato was messed up, he ordered fully loaded with extra butter and sour cream on the side. I’d put this place up against Saltgrass or Outback any day.
Tonight on 2/28/18 I had literally the worst experience that I've ever had eating anywhere, I went to the Beaumont location which I actually go there at least twice a month I haven't really ever had a bad experience before, i asked my friend to come with me, she was skeptical about trying it but i got her to go and she ordered the fried catfish and it took quite a long time so I was very surprised that when they brought it to her that it was grilled and I ordered the 8oz Cat...Continue Reading
