I would not recommend using this company for a tour of the Highland Park Christmas lights. It was very disorganized- when we arrived, despite having booked and paid several weeks ago, the person organizing who got in what carriage did not have us on her “list”. After showing her my email confirmation several times, she finally found my reservation but since we were not on her list, there was not a carriage for us to be placed on. This review is in regards to the Christmas "lights" carriage rides in Highland Park, TX this year (2022). 5-stars to the true stars of the experience (the horses and drivers). The horses seem to be well cared for - but our horse, Ginger, could have used some water after our hour long trip. 3-stars for the company for advertising our carriage as being capable to taking 9 passengers out.
