Dominique and Tanya tried both and one more technician all provide low and poor quality plus the customer care is zero care during and after any session save your money and don’t go I used to use the real stores ran by Brazilians and all doing great jobs no rash on back no ingrown hair or pumps the last Brazilian technician was happy to see me back in my quick visit to my home town and she really missed me and mentioned the horrible bumps and ingrown hair not deserve all payments and that tips left for that poor customer car... read more

I love this place although i just started coming here. Vanessa is great on eyebrows. No pain, no ingrown hairs, perfect application, the whole nine yards! ❣️

I had the most horrible experience with the rudest and most unprofessional manager there who refused to tell me her name. I will never be back to this location in life and have made that same recommendation to those I care for so they don’t have to have such a horrible experience and be refused service even though an appointment was made and confirmed. No one should be made to feel like they don’t matter.
