Called ahead of time and they quoted me a price. I had my husband call back 15 minutes later to make sure there were no mistakes on what we wanted and the price they quoted. We live in Alabama so we didn’t want to go all that way and have a mix up. A few days later we head that way (FROM ALABAMA). We call while we are on our way and now the price has gone up. I ordered 12 foot board lengths so that we would not have seams to contend with, at the customer's request. They sent us 16 foot board and many were damaged either on the tongue side or the groove side. We are installing these boards on a porch. I would suggest, that if you use them, to pay by credit card so that you can stop payment if the order is not filled as specified. We gave them a check up front. I have been in business as a contractor for 20+ years. Worst customer service I have witnessed since the recession (maybe ever). Sold warped lumber and blamed it on the installer. No respect whatsoever. I have never taken the time to rate anything online until now.....this is worth warning the public about..... Go somewhere else!!!
Absolutely love the lumber we purchased but will go elsewhere for product again after very rude and condescending communication with simple questions and concerns about our product. The lack of patience, respect, and courtesy was shocking and offensive and the lack of response following the confrontation spoke volumes. 1st FB review ever!!
