Worst experience I’ve ever had. I had my eyebrows waxed here, and the woman who did my eyebrows burned/seriously irritated my skin during the waxing. Immediately afterward, my skin was extremely red and burning, and now I’m worried about whether it may blister or whether I’ll need to seek medical attention. I have never experienced anything like this from getting my eyebrows done before. Overall, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had . I would never come back and definitely would not recommend this place.

I love that they have package deals! Huge savings. Brianna was fantastic, knowledgeable, friendly, kind and most importantly professional! I wish I lived here so she could be my regular waxer. Great vibes, music, sanitary, super girly. Ruth at the front desk was gracious when I was running a little late, I really appreciated her excellent customer service.

I had an appointment there yesterday. I do not think I was with the owner I was with somebody else so I will start with that. I was excited to get a wax for vacation and was extremely judged. I felt like she was shaming me and quite honestly wanted to leave because of the way she was talking to me. Should always leave a self care appointment feeling better about yourself not worse.
