I had an appointment there yesterday. I do not think I was with the owner I was with somebody else so I will start with that. I was excited to get a wax for vacation and was extremely judged. I felt like she was shaming me and quite honestly wanted to leave because of the way she was talking to me. Should always leave a self care appointment feeling better about yourself not worse.
I have been to this location many times and have never had a bad experience. The ladies here are very welcoming and treat you as a friend. Highly recommended this place. Erica took care of me today and was absolutely amazingly and communication was TOP tier.
Absolutely the BEST in town, great service and a excellent relaxing experience. Cheaper than most places I have been to! Definitely will recommend and will be coming back
