Very disappointed with my experience. The woman at the front desk/cash register was not friendly or helpful, which already made the experience unpleasant. Unfortunately, the woman who did my eyebrows did not do a good job either. My eyebrows were uneven and not shaped well, and immediately afterward the skin around my eyebrow was very red and burning. They were kind enough to take me in for a same day appointment and Brianna had angel hands. That was probably the least pain I have ever felt during a wax. I appreciated that she didn’t rush the service the way they do at other chain places, she listened to my cues and talked me through it. Also, the place is so cute and the front desk staff are so nice!

I had a great experience here, specifically with Emily! She’s the gentlest waxer I’ve ever had and has completely changed my dread of getting waxed to “it’s really not so bad.” Her energy was so welcoming, and she took her time to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire experience. I’ll definitely be back!

I have been twice so far- once for myself and once to get my daughter's eyebrows waxed for the first time. The staff were so kind and considerate. The place is spotless- definitely somewhere you'll feel comfortable going to get waxed.
