Marci has always been friendly and fast with her services. Should you find a negative review, know there are always two sides to every story and in my experience, Marci is consistent and devoted to her clients. Thank you for years of excellent service!
I have been a loyal customer for over five years. Today, I arrived on time for my appointment after driving 40 minutes, only to be told upon arrival that I was incorrectly booked and they could not see me. This was an error on their end. My issue was the lack of empathy and acknowledgement from the owner for their mishap. I spoke with Marci, who was extremely rude and showed no empathy or consideration for the inconvenience caused.
