I've been going to this location consistently since 2023 (3 years), and I highly recommend it! I see Allison, and she does a wonderful job. The staff at this location is very kind/hard working!

The manager, Molly, was amazing and made me feel comfortable when I arrived, as I was a little nervous. I have never been to this location before, but I needed to book last minute, and my tech, Rachel, was great! She was pleasant to talk to, and very professional. I have been getting waxes for a while, but I was very impressed. I also recommend Rachel if you have never had a wax before, as this was probably one of the most comfortable waxes I’ve ever had. 10/10

I I’ve been a customer for about a year, but my recent experiences have been very disappointing. Customer service feels inconsistent and at times biased, which is unacceptable. The receptionist (Young Caucasian lady) is often distracted on her phone and failed to process my payment in a timely manner, creating an awkward situation where Lindsay assumed I might leave without paying—when I was actually waiting to check out. I had a deeply uncomfortable and unprofessional experience at this spa.The therapist’s Lindsay behavior was completely inappropriate for a professional setting.She is very rude and highly unprofessional. She appeared to lack the necessary training and expertise on how to treat customers, leading to a very poor result.
