Distasteful, awfully insulting, and completely disgraceful customer service. The receptionist who is supposed to welcome customers by the name of ******* has made what was once a pleasant experience the absolute worst customer experience I have ever had in life. From her body language, to her tone of voice and verbiage releases was outrageously unacceptable. BEWARE! I previously had these services done by *****, who was a great technician. However, my last visit (4/19/23) I was serviced by someone name Winter. The next morning my face around my eyebrows was bruised , eyes red and puffy as indicated by the photos. I went back the next day and asked for the Manager. I was told both were out of town and would be returning during the time I would be out of the country. I told them to take pictures, as I took pictures and have the Manager call me on May 7.
