Distasteful, awfully insulting, and completely disgraceful customer service. The receptionist who is supposed to welcome customers by the name of ******* has made what was once a pleasant experience the absolute worst customer experience I have ever had in life. From her body language, to her tone of voice and verbiage releases was outrageously unacceptable.
