When I came in, there wasn’t anyone at the reception desk, no greeting whatsoever. When Megan came to sign me in there was no “hello” or anything, and I don’t think that’s too much to ask in a place like this. When I was done with my appointment, the receptionist was on facetime with someone the entire time. Management needs to go through more training with these workers because this is just unprofessional.
