When I came in, there wasn’t anyone at the reception desk, no greeting whatsoever. When Megan came to sign me in there was no “hello” or anything, and I don’t think that’s too much to ask in a place like this. When I was done with my appointment, the receptionist was on facetime with someone the entire time. Management needs to go through more training with these workers because this is just unprofessional. I booked two services: a full body waxing special for myself and a full facial waxing special for my mom, both scheduled for 2:15 pm. The pricing of these specials is actually very competitive for the Cordova area, which initially caught my attention. I used to come to this place regularly,but I’m leaving this review because my last experience made me extremely uncomfortable. During my appointment, my personal privacy was violated . When you’re PAYING a waxing service, trust and professionalism are essential, and unfortunately that was not my experience here.
