This was my first time at your establishment, and it will unfortunately be my last due to the way I was treated and the outcome of the service done by Sophie. First, when I expressed several times that the wax temperature was too hot for me, Sophie dismissed my concern and stated, “Oh, I’m not going to burn you, this is the normal temperature I use for everyone”—then proceeded without adjusting until about the 5th strip she put on me, and the only thing she did was put the wax on me then put the fan on me. I pass by 2 other Brazilian Wax by Andrea locations to get to the one in Buford. Olga always makes it well worth the drive. It is always clean and professional, and I’ve come to consider Olga a friend over the years. She’s fabulous at her job, and a great person.

Christiane Tavares is amazing—her technique is so good that I didn’t even feel any pain. She was gentle and kind throughout, asking how I felt and chatting happily the whole time. She even helped remove the little hairs on my toes! I’m truly grateful and will definitely be coming back again!
