This was my worst experience getting waxed ever. It was my first time going to this place and will be my last. First my waxer didn’t introduce herself. About halfway through is when she started to talk and then her conversation was so unprofessional. She was cursing every other word and it made me very uncomfortable. I also felt like she was extremely rough while waxing and never got a smooth pull. She also continued to put wax where there was no hair so it was just burning agains my raw skin.
