I had an appointment…20 minutes after that set time and waiting without any acknowledgment so I left. Very disorganized and not very nice. Won’t be going back!

I went for the first and last time on Tuesday afternoon. I was a walk in, and I don’t really remember my waxer’s name. It was going ok until about halfway through I realized that she was double dipping in the wax pot, which is unsanitary. (And because I went to cosmetology school, I know that you’re not supposed to do that) She saw me watching her and then she pour the wax off into a cup and dipped from there.
