I usually go with Heloisa, and I highly recommend her—she is very competent, professional, and makes you feel comfortable right away. She’s also very knowledgeable and explains everything clearly, which makes the whole process so much easier. The service is always excellent, the place is clean, and the staff is welcoming. I just had a full Brazilian and underarm wax by Jessica. She made the experience enjoyable and comfortable, providing a stress ball since it was my first time. Her thoroughness and guidance made the process less invasive and resulted in a great outcome. I have also received Brazilian wax from Heloisa She was so thorough With both her customer service and the physical service itself and patient and made me feel extremely comfortable she is so nice!
