This was my first time getting waxed and it was great! I highly recommend Heloisa! She did everything so beautifully and fast. Made me feel so comfortable.
The workers here are pleasant. Some are more skilled than others but no one is anywhere near terrible. However after an awkward passive aggressive encounter with a worker after inquiring about an up charge, I may continue my business elsewhere. If you charge me, you charge me but to get defensive and be condescending because I asked about the additional $7 I was charged was weird and makes me feel that you are aware you were in some manner pulling a quick hustle.
Never gotten a wax and was fearing the worst but loheloisa was soo sweet and easy to talk to 10/10 honestly.
