Silvana is wonderful!!! Makes me feel so comfortable.
I've been going to this location and have never had an issue until the past Saturday, I booked an appointment as I always do .. I was about 5 minutes late if that due to traffic.. when I arrived the receptionist had allowed the next appointment ( who arrived early) to go in my appointment slot... she told me this is what management has told her to do if someone is late for an appointment.. I can see 10 or 15 minutes late but 5 minutes is ridiculous and not customer service oriented.. the icing on the cake is she tried to arg... read more
