The only place I will go to. The ladies are super sweet from the time I walk in to the time I walk out. I get the same experience every single time. Stephanie is my girl!!
I had such a great experience! My waxer Stephanie was incredibly professional, gentle, and made me feel completely at ease—she clearly knows what she's doing and made the whole process quick and comfortable. And Shannon at the front desk was so welcoming and kind, with such great energy. She greeted me with a smile and made check-in and check-out super smooth. The whole visit felt warm and easy thanks to both of them. Highly recommend!
As soon as I walk in I am greeted with a welcoming smile from the receptionist, she is always a delight! And my experience with Stephanie has always been great!! She goes out of her way to make me feel comfortable the minute she see’s me!! The environment is always clean and well maintained!!
I went to this location for the first time and my experience was simply wonderful. The estheticians were very attentive, answered all my questions about the procedure, and were incredibly kind! I’ll definitely be coming back!
I’ve been going to this location for over 4 years now. When I do go I always book an appointment. In the beginning it was wonderful, the girls here made me feel comfortable to get a wax, did an amazing job and I really had no complaints. Lately the last 2-3 times I’ve gone I have had to wait 10-15 min after my appointment time. On top of that the wax itself hasn’t been fully done, I’d leave with hair still on my bikini line, or ingrown hairs left to build a boil pop and then I’d have to remove the super long hair myself.
